About LogicFabric Advisory

We advise owner-led firms on strategic growth — the markets to pursue, the capacity to build, and the decisions that should sit with the owner versus the team.

Why this practice exists

Many owner-led firms grow for years on instinct and long hours. Then a moment arrives — a large contract, a stalled margin, a tired founder — when informal planning stops being enough. LogicFabric Advisory was formed to sit with that moment: practical strategic growth planning without the theatre of a corporate offsite.

Origin

The practice grew out of advisory work with UK manufacturers, trade specialists, and professional service firms where the owner still signed off major customers and cash decisions. We saw plans that looked polished yet ignored diary reality, family expectations, and the fact that the founder was also the lead salesperson. Our engagements are written for that world.

How we work with clients

We prefer fewer clients and deeper contact. Discovery includes listening to managers who carry delivery, not only the owner’s narrative. Recommendations name trade-offs: which work to decline, which hire to delay, which market to exit. You should leave able to explain the plan in plain language to your team.

Values we hold to

  • Owner time is scarce — sessions respect the diary you already run.
  • Specific over fashionable — advice refers to your customers, costs, and constraints.
  • Decisions over documents — the written plan exists to settle choices, not to impress.
  • Honest fit — if legal, tax, or turnaround specialists are needed first, we say so.

United Kingdom context

We work primarily with firms based in England and Wales, with remote support across the wider United Kingdom. Local knowledge matters for labour markets, customer concentration, and the practicalities of visiting a workshop or regional office. Our office correspondence address is in Bodenham Moor, Herefordshire.
